CANCELLATION POLICY

Your reservation is very important to me. Cancellation/Reschedule -If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide a 24 hour notice. -Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount. Late Arrivals -Late Arrivals 20 minutes past the reservation time will be considered cancellation/reschedule. No-Show -Failure to notify or missing your reservation will result in a 75% charge of the reserved service amount. Emergency -In a case of emergency or unforeseen circumstances these fees will be waived.
